Salalah: In the ongoing Junior Hockey Asia Cup in Oman, the exciting match between Pakistan and India ended with 1-1 goal.

In the match played in Salalah, both teams attacked each other’s goal post from the start, but the player of the rival team scored a goal in the 24th minute and took the lead.

On behalf of India, Sharda Nand scored the only goal of her team, which was equalized by Basharat Ali on behalf of Pakistan in the 44th minute, while Abdul Hanan Shahid was declared the player of the match.

The teams participating in the Asia Junior Hockey Cup are divided into two pools. Pool A has Pakistan, India, Japan, Thailand, Chinese Thai while Pool B includes Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Bangladesh and Uzbekistan. Pakistan will play their fourth match against Japan on May 29.
